GCEIC Leadership Series 2023-24: Strategic Planning to Promote Parent, Family, and Community Engagement

The GCEIC Leadership Series has returned for 2023-24! These workshops will again be facilitated by GCEIC member-district superintendents, assistant superintendents, and leadership teams and will focus on building leadership skills that promote positive student outcomes.  Participants may attend as many of the monthly leadership workshops as desired.  Participation in each two-day workshop will qualify for OSL and SEMI credits.

This workshop will focus on strategic planning and communication to promote parent, family, and community engagement.  Elements of the workshop include building successful partnerships to promote student success and ensuring all stakeholders promote parent, family, and community engagement.  The workshop will provide hands-on opportunities, as well as provide participants with relevant and timely materials to utilize upon return to their school sites.
