GCEIC Leadership Series 2023-24: Staff Management and Personnel Operations

The GCEIC Leadership Series has returned for 2023-24! These workshops will again be facilitated by GCEIC member-district superintendents, assistant superintendents, and leadership teams and will focus on building leadership skills that promote positive student outcomes.  Participants may attend as many of the monthly leadership workshops as desired.  Participation in each two-day workshop will qualify for OSL and SEMI credits.

Personnel Operations and Management is a two-day workshop that will center on personnel matters and will feature topics such as Employee Code of Ethics, Critical Conversations, Employment Decisions, Teacher Plans of Improvement, Employee Contract Renewal, etc.  Each day practical strategies will be presented for use at participants' schools.   Presenters will also provide an opportunity for Q & A as well as a presentation of scenarios for discussion with participants.
