20th Annual ADHD and Related Concerns Conference

Hattiesburg Clinic Connections and Psychology & Counseling are proud to offer the 20th Annual ADHD and Related Concerns Conference.  In-person sessions will be available November 2 - 3, 2023 at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. On-demand recorded sessions will be available from November 23, 2023 until November 30, 2023. Registration fees include both in-person sessions and virtual recordings.

*Note: Credits for Counseling can only be earned by attending the live conference.  No counseling credits are available through viewing recorded on-demand sessions.

This live and on-demand conference has been designed to provide an informative and educational learning experience for participants to expand their understanding of ADHD and related concerns. 

Lunch will be available on-site each day of the conference.  Tickets are available for purchase with registration and the cost is $11 per day. Note: You will have to select each day you wish to purchase a lunch ticket. ***Group discounts do not apply to lunches.***

 REGISTRATION FEES

If you qualify for a discount code as a parent or multiple (3 or more from a district or organization), please call (601)528-5342 and ask for Stacy. You may also contact Stacy if you are paying personally and not using a purchase order. You may pay by check payable to GCEIC or PayPal if not using a purchase order. There will be an added PayPal Fee to any credit card or debit card transactions.

Registration fees will be paid to GCEIC and are as follows:
Early Rate (through September 16, 2023 at 11:59 pm) - $205
Regular Rate (from 12:00 am September 17 through October 7, 11:59 pm) - $225
Late Rate (from 12:00 am October 8) - $245
3 or more from the same district or organization get 10% off. (Contact GCEIC at 601.528.5342)
Parents/Caregivers - $75 (Contact GCEIC at 601.528.5342) (This discount fee is not eligible for credits)

There is a $10 fee when you pay by credit card or debit card when you register. The $10 fee added to the Check/Money will be waived if you pay by check or money order. If you choose Check/Money Order in the payment options but decide to pay by credit card, the $10 fee will be added. 

There will be no pre-selection of sessions you wish to attend. 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Registrations are transferable but not refundable. Requests to transfer registration to another person must be made in writing prior to the conference.

CREDITS 

If you are seeking credit, you must complete an evaluation for each session you attend. All credits are included in the cost of the registration(not valid for the parent/caregiver registration rate). Certificates of Attendance for out-of-state participants will be available online in the participant's registration account once they have attended all sessions and completed the evaluation.

OSL = Up to 2

SEMI = Up to 25

Educator CEUs = Up to 3.7

ASHA = Up to 3.8 ASHA CEUs

ALTA = 10

Counseling = Up to 13

Social Work = Up to 10

Marriage & Family Therapy = Up to 18

Psychology = Up to 13

Nursing (ANCC) = Up to 28

Physicians = Credits requested for 28 Courses

All credit applications are in process at this time and credits are based on the number of courses submitted to individual crediting agencies.
